The facility currently houses Collin College’s culinary arts program and the Teacher Certification Program. In 2009, the culinary arts program will move to the Preston Ridge Campus in Frisco.

• The Teacher Certification Program is accredited by the Texas State Board for Educator Certification and offers post-baccalaureate training on evenings and weekends to prepare individuals for Texas teacher certification. Collin College’s Teacher Certification Program was the first of its kind at a community college in the nation.

• The Hospitality and Food Service Management program offers training in one of the fastest-growing service industries in the world.

The only public college in the county, Collin College offers more than 100 degrees and certificates in a wide range of disciplines.
