Collin College honors include a National Bellwether Instructional Award
Winner for our Learning Communities program, a Campus Compact's National

Professors and Initiatives
Our prestigious faculty includes two U.S. Professors of the Year, four
Minnie Stevens Piper Award winners and a Fulbright Scholar. Also among
the faculty is an honoree of the Teaching Excellence Award, presented
by the Texas Mathematical Association of Two Year Colleges. In addition,
the college received the coveted "Best of the Web" award from the Center
for Digital Government for its "e-schedule," a downloadable catalog/schedule
system. Honored as the best in the nation for higher education, this
system helps students build their credit course schedules or view the

Locations
Courses are presented on-site at area businesses and via the
Internet, as well as on campus. Collin College's campuses include: Central Park
Campus in McKinney; Preston Ridge Campus in Frisco; Spring Creek Campus
in Plano; and the Courtyard Center for Professional and Economic Development

Arts Center
With a fabulous art gallery, the Black Box Theatre and the John Anthony
Theatre, our arts programs are flourishing. The fine arts center now
offers a colorful array of film festivals, plays, exhibits and other
cultural events for the whole community.
