Students requiring to be admitted on a conditional basis pending the receipt of an official transcript must include the transcript due date on the Conditional Admissions Contract form.

Failure to provide an official transcript by the specified date will jeopardize future enrollment at Collin. Additionally, students will be ineligible to receive a transcript of Collin.

Please note: You will be ineligible to withdraw from courses unless your official transcripts are on file. No exceptions.

Students are responsible for providing additional documentation if official transcript does not adequately document Texas Success Initiative (TSI) status.

*These dates are provided for information purposes only before the official registration guide is available. The Admissions and Records Office reserves the right to make changes or deletions at any time without notice. In the event of a discrepancy between the dates on this page and the dates on the registration guide, the student is responsible for verifying dates on the registration guide and/or contacting the Admissions and Records Office to verify/confirm the correct dates.

Beginning Fall 2008, NO Conditional Admissions Contracts will be issued.
Students must provide official transcripts from all colleges and universities to complete admissions.

You will be ineligible to withdraw from a course unless all of your official transcripts are on file.
