Early Telephone and On-line  Registration


Register early for Fall 2004!  It's fast, easy and convenient .  Take advantage of early Internet registration to get the classes you need by logging onto  www.ccccd.edu.                 

New students may register by telephone or on-line after admission, assessment and advising.  Students must obtain a Personal Identification Number (PIN) in the Admissions and Records Office.

Returning students who already have a PIN number do not have to come to campus unless they need to readmit, assess or obtain advice, or if they have holds on their records.

Please do not call telephone registration or try the on-line registration until you have received your Personal Identification Number (PIN).

Payment may be made online with VISA, MasterCard or Discover Card, or with a personal check through our quick and easy Webcheck system.   Contact the cashier's for more details.

Payment Deadlines

After the payment deadline date, payment must be made at the time of registration. 
 
 

Telephone Payment Options

1.   Have your credit card ready when you register through telephone registration.  (Credit card number and expiration date are required); or

2.   Pay at the cashier's/bursar's office during regular business hours prior to payment deadline; or

3.   Mail your statement with a check or money order (include the Texas Driver's License number of the person signing the check and the student's Social Security number) to be received by the payment deadline to:   CCCC, Cashier's Office, P.O. Box 869055, Plano, Texas  75086-9055.     (Postmarks are not a consideration.)

4.   Return your statement with your credit card number, expiration date and signature to the cashier's office (see address in #3, above) by payment deadline.  (Postmarks are not a consideration.)

Telephone Balance Inquiry

To verify that tuition payment has been received and credited to your account, call telephone registration at:  (469) 452-2222 or (469) 757-2222.

Third Party Billing

A voucher from the business or agency paying the tuition must be presented to the Cashier's Office prior to payment due date.

NOTE:   Students who register by telephone during the last days of telephone registration may not receive a schedule confirmation or tuition statement prior to payment deadline.   Students are still required to make payment prior to the published deadline.

Schedule Changes

During early registration, you may add and/or drop classes by calling telephone or contacting the Webline (on-line registration).

After classes have started all add/drop changes  must be done in person at the Admissions and Records Office.   

Courses Without Call Numbers

Courses that require permission to enroll do not have course call numbers printed in the schedule.  Contact the appropriate department to obtain the call number.
