After the payment deadline date, payment must be made at the time of registration. 
 

Telephone Registration and Payment Instructions:

1.  Dial the appropriate telephone number.  

If you are calling from Dallas and Collin County, dial:  (469) 452-2222

If you are calling from Rockwall County, dial:
(469) 757-2222.

2.  Listen to the complete menu.

3.  Make your selection from the menu.

4.  When you hear the words "Enter your nine-digit student ID number," enter your Social Security number.  The number will be repeated for verification.  Listen carefully and be sure you entered the correct number.

5.  Enter your six-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN).  Remember that PINs are now six-digits.   If you were issued a four-digit PIN, add 00 (zeros) to the end of the number.

6.  After you complete your registration, you may return to the billing menu for your balance by pressing *2 three times.

7.  You may pay your balance using Visa, MasterCard or Discover by following instructions in the billing menu.  You may also mail your payment or pay at the cashier's office on any campus.

8.  Make a mistake?  Remember:

*2 - returns you to the previous menu
*7 - repeats the menu you just heard
*9 - ends the call

9.  NOTE:  When dropping a class, you must also drop the accompanying labs or the telephone system  will automatically leave you registered for the lecture.

10.  HINT:  The new system has many options available, including grades.  Listen to each menu completely before making a decision to ensure you are making the best selection.


On-line (Webline) Registration and Payment Instructions:

1.  Log on to www.ccccd.edu.

2.  Click on "Admissions and Registration".

3.  On right side of page, click on "Student Services".

4.  This page starts with "Important Notice - Read this page before continuing".

5.  Scroll to bottom and select "Login to Student Services".

6.  Enter your Social Security number and PIN and click "Login".

7.  On right side, select "Registration & Schedule".

8.  Select "Drop/Add Courses".    Note:  If you do not have course call numbers you may select  "Course Sections/add class with a click".

9.   Enter Call Number into boxes and click "submit".

10.  To drop:  Select "drop" from box next to class you want to drop and click "submit".

11.   After registration is complete - go to bottom of page and select "Account Summary/Payment".

12.  This page will show amount of tuition fees due.

13.  Select  gray box, which reads "Credit Card Payment" or "Check Payment".

14.  For credit card payments, fill in the information and click "submit" ONE TIME ONLY at bottom of page.  Be patient - it will take a minute for the payment to process.  Wait for confirmation that your payment was accepted.  Clicking more than once will result in multiple charges to your credit card.

15.  For check payment, complete the information as requested.

16.  Print confirmation screen for your record of payment.

On-line Registration Important Tips:

1.  Do not use back/forward buttons.
2.  Reduce font to view all information on screen.
3.  Inactivity results in automatic logout.
4.  If you get page that says "Webline is currently unavailable" at a time  when it should be available, hold down the Control key and click Refresh or Reload.
5.  If you have a hold on your record, go to Student Records Menu and click on Holds.
6.  Note location of class under Building on schedule.
7.  View and print financial aid information, unofficial transcripts and grades.
