 Cathy
Cotter-Smith
Cathy Cotter-Smith is a founding faculty member at
Collin College. She received her B.A. and M.S. degrees in fine art at East Texas
State University (Texas A & M, Commerce). She teaches Drawing and
Watercolor. Cathy was Visual Arts Chair from 1986-1997. She has received the
outstanding faculty award, was a Piper nominee (94-95), and is included
in Marquis Who’s Who in America and Who's Who in the World. Cathy is a watercolor
artist and has shown her work in galleries and in one-woman shows. She is
a signature member of the Southwestern Watercolor Society. |
