The official hotel of the national tournament is:

Rate for Teams Only:

$65 Single to Quad

Discounted breakfast prices will be available: $6.00 Continental and $8.50 Full Hot Breakfast Buffet, tax and gratuity not included.

In accordance with the NJCAA Handbook (Article XIII, Men's Tennis, Section 10, all participating colleges must honor the host hotel assignment or pay for those rooms.

Reservation procedures:

1. Call The Southfork Hotel reservations department at 972-578-8555 or toll-free 1-866-665-2680. If you experience any problems making reservations please contact Cassie Edwards at 972-244-1006.
2. Identify the group as 2008 NJCAA National Tennis Championships.  All reservations should be made by 5/5/08.
3. Rooms can be guaranteed for late arrival to an individual's credit card or by advance deposit.  A guaranteed room reservation assures a room for you regardless of your arrival time.  Any guaranteed reservations not canceled before 4:00 p.m. on the arrival date will be billed.

Check-in time begins at 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.  Upon request, the hotel will be happy to arrange for baggage storage for you until your actual departure from the Hotel.
