Collin College provides conferencing facilities, meeting rooms, lecture halls and classrooms for businesses and organizations. When space is available, fees are based on non-profit status as well as profit. The District also provides professional catering services and audio/visual needs.

Spring Creek Campus, 2800 East Spring Creek Parkway, Plano, has a full-service conference center that can easily accommodate up to 600 theatre style, 400 at rounds, or set up in classroom style as it can be divided into various break-out sections. Two lecture halls that seat 85 are housed at this campus, as well as classrooms available for rental when not in use by our students.

Preston Ridge Campus, 9700 Wade Boulevard, Frisco, has a new event center that can seat up to 175 theatre style, 120 at rounds, or smaller numbers including classroom style. Preston Ridge also provides the Shawnee Room, which can seat 50 to 75 persons depending on the set up required, as well as a tiered lecture hall that can accommodate 90. Classrooms may also be rented when available.

Central Park Campus, 2200 West University Drive, McKinney features Pike Hall, an auditorium style lecture hall that seats 135. Classrooms are available for rent when available.

The Courtyard Center, 4800 Preston Park Boulevard, Plano, has 4th floor conference/training rooms and other classrooms available for rental around the peak Continuing Education class times.
