The purpose of Volunteer Outreach in Civic Engagement (VOICE) is to educate, communicate, and motivate Collin County community to engage in volunteerism and politics.

MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

Membership is open to any Collin student who:

1) Is enrolled in 3 or more credit hours
