- Go on line and get a pin number
www.pin.ed.gov
- Once you have your pin number,
then go online and file with FAFSA
www.fafsa.ed.gov. When you
get to the end of the FAFSA document they will ask you for a
school code. Our school code is 016792
- Wait two weeks and email financial aide at
financialaid@ccccd.edu
and let them know that you are a Continuing Education student
- Now just WAIT until you hear
back from our school - while you are waiting order transcripts
from any other college and/or high schools you have attended.
- If you are a new student to
Collin College, call Continuing Education at 972.985.3711 to be
"admitted" to our system. At this point you are not
enrolled in any course until you have been "awarded" your
financial aid.
- At some point you
will hear from Collin College by email to let you know whether
or not you have been awarded; they may ask for more information.
- When you receive your financial aid award, call 972.985.3711 to enroll in the course(s).
