Beginning in Spring 2010, local residents will not have to leave Collin County for junior and senior-level college classes or graduate degrees. Collin College is finalizing program plans for the new Higher Education Center in which five university partners will offer a variety of bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees.
Construction of the new campus is underway at the northeast corner of Central Expressway and Hwy. 121. The center is scheduled to open in January 2010.
