To obtain a Salesperson’s license you must take: Principles I, Principles II, Law of Agency, Law of Contracts, and one real estate elective course of your choice. (If you had previous college you may use one of your college courses to meet the elective requirement). Courses may be taken in any sequence. The application and exam procedure will be discussed in detail the first class session. The Real Estate courses may be taken through Continuing Education or for college credit. All students must satisfy the attendance and syllabus requirements for each course.

Kenneth Raupple, President of Castle Keepers, Inc., has designed this course for the real estate investor. Tips will be presented for buying, leasing, and managing rental houses. Learn how to buy foreclosed, VA & FHA assumable homes below market value; how to fix them up, lease and manage them for profit and retirement income.
