  • Request for Consumer Health Information is an email reference service providing help to Collin College students, faculty, staff, and community members.   We will answer brief questions or give you suggestions for resources to use for extensive research queries.
  • Common information requests are: Where can I find information about diabetes?,  Do you have any exercising books or dvds/videos for check out?,  Do you have vegetarian cookbooks?,   and more.
  • If requested, information may be sent via postage mail.
  • Most questions will be answered within 48 hours, although there may be a delay on weekends or school holidays.
  • Use this form to submit a question.  Fill out the form with as much information as you can. If your browser doesn't support forms, you can also send us a question by e-mail to cpclibrary@ccccd.edu.
