Lisa Middleton
Lisa Middleton, M.A., has been playing for dancers since 1983. Lisa graduated from Oklahoma City University where she was on full scholarship in Piano Performance. At O.C.U., Lisa accompanied Broadway Stars from" Phantom of the Opera", "Chorus Line" (original cast member), and "On Your Toes." She also played for Miss America 1981. While attending graduate school at Texas Woman's University, she began playing for dance classes and teaching "Music for Dancers." Lisa has played classes at several regional and national American College Dance Festivals and for guest artists from all over the U.S.A., as well as Japan, France and Russia. Some of her favorite highlights include Sean Curran ("Stomp"), Damien Woetzel (NYC Ballet), the late Natalie Krassovska (famed Russian Ballerina), Juilliard auditions at Booker T. Washingtion, and a Paul Taylor Master Class.
