Faculty Melissa Thompson Melissa Thompson holds a B.F.A. in Dance from The Ohio State University and is currently pursuing an M.F.A. in Dance at Texas Woman's University. While in NYC, she performed with choreographer Heather Mims-Kaczmarek in addition to presenting her own work in venues such as Teatro La Tea and D.U.M.B.O. Dance Festival. She was choreographer for The Atlantic Coast Opera Festival's 2005 season, has worked with Susan Hadley, Muscle Memory Dance Theatre, and currently dances with Elledanceworks Dance Company.
