Free Online learning Opportunities Use the resources below to see what courses at the Ivy League universities are like. The websites below also offer great information to help you in your high school studies, especially in AP and other advanced level coursework. Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Open Courseware OCW offers free access to 1800 courses used at MIT. Get lecture notes, problem sets, labs and more. Watch lecture videos and demonstrations. Study a wide variety of subjects. You will not get credit for any courses you take since you are not an MIT student but you should take advantage of the learning opportunities. After looking at the extensive course list, be sure to check out the “Other Resources” sections, in particular the “Highlights for High School.” Yale University’s Open Yale Courses Open Yale Courses provides free and open access to seven introductory courses taught by distinguished teachers and scholars at Yale University.
