Help Desk at Collin

The Help Desk for Collin is located at the Central Park Campus in McKinney. As a part of the Academic Technology and Network Services department of the division of Information Systems, it serves faculty and staff for the entire college. A Help Desk Technician will either return the call or generate a work request on the next business day.
