Culinary Class Prerequisites

(Updating)

Pre-Day One

1. Review the Uniform and Tools Requirements section of the Hospitality website under Resources.
2. Read Chapters 1 – 3 in Advanced Professional Cooking.

Day One

1. Wear full uniform to class and bring required tools, as we will be cooking.
2. Arrive at least 15 minutes early to Room E-124, Allen High School, adjacent to the high school kitchen, in the rear of the cafeteria.
