Mission Statement

The purpose of the Science Lab Complex is to provide faculty with tools to ensure students have an exceptional educational and rewarding science laboratory experience.

Lab News:

Spring '08 - Reorganization – Due to the unprecedented growth at PRC and CPC, the Science Labs are no longer under the direction of a district director. Each campus now has its own lab manager, who will run the day to day operations (see “Meet the Staff” for more details)

Spring '07 - Look for new additions under the Lab Resources link on the left. 

Fall '06 - As of July 31, 2006, TX DPS has issued a memorandum or Memo of Understanding (MOU) regarding items in college labs that can be used in the creation of meth. MANY of our usual lab items are on the DPS list of controlled substances. See the full MOU here.
