Who is Eligible?

Services are available to any student who has a documented disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. This can include, but is not limited to those individuals with the following conditions or impairments:

• Autism
• Epilepsy or seizure disorder
• Psychiatric
• Mobility
• Orthopedic
• Deaf or hard of hearing
• Vision
• Spinal Cord Injury
• Specific Learning Disability
• Tourette's Syndrome
• Speech/Language Disorders
• Neurological
• Traumatic brain injury
• Other Health-related disabilities (AIDS, Arthritis, Cancer etc.)
• ADD/ADHD
• Temporary disabilities due to injury or surgery (short term)
