Weekend College

Benefits

  • Students can attend the Weekend College full-time and graduate in two to three years with an AA or AS degree.
  • Students can choose to attend the Weekend College part-time and take as long as they wish to complete the AA or AS degree.
  • Courses are offered Friday evenings, Saturday mornings and afternoons, and Sunday afternoons.
  • Some weekend, evening, and distance education courses are offered in the summer.
  • Courses conveniently scheduled.
  • Financial aid is available through scholarships, grants, loans and employment.
  • Students can include Express (eight week courses), evening, and distance education courses to enhance the flexibility and pace of degree/certificate completion.
  • Course content matches the College’s weekday offerings.

Registration Checklist

  • Complete an application for admission available on the web at www.ccccd.edu/register.html.
  • Submit official transcripts.
  • Submit TSI scores/exemption.
  • Take assessments, if required.
  • Meet with an academic advisor.
  • Obtain PIN and register.
  • Pay for classes.
  • Obtain new student ID card.
  • Sign up for New Student Orientation.
  • Buy textbooks in the bookstore or on the web at http://bookstore.ccccd.edu.
