  Dating resume. Create a timeless resume, using year of graduation, months and years to state employment dates.
  Too long, short, or condensed.
  Poor layout and physical appearance.
  Misspellings, bad grammar, and wordiness.
  Poor punctuation.
  Lengthy phrases, sentences, and paragraphs.
  Too slick, amateurish, and "gimmicky".
  Too boastful or dishonest.
  Irrelevant information.

  Hard to understand or requires too much interpretation.
  Unexplained time gaps.
  Does not convey accomplishments.
