Monday Sept. 15 5:00 p.m. deadline for delivering artwork to gallery
Tuesday-Friday Sept. 16-19 all day show will be hung
Monday Sept. 22 9:00 a.m. show opens
Wednesday Sept. 22 4:30 p.m. reception
Saturday Oct. 4 5:00 p.m. show closes
Monday Oct. 6 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. pick up artwork at the gallery
Tuesday Oct. 7 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. final day to pick up artwork

» Please submit two art pieces completed within the last two years…

•  professionally presented (framed, matted, etc.)

•  ready-to-hang or ready-to-display

—2D: secure wire or hanging apparatus attached
that supports the weight of the piece

—3D: pedestals will be provided

• and labeled

—2D artwork: on the back

—3D artwork: where convenient

 

» Also include the following to be displayed in a book during the exhibition…

•  a current one-page vita

•  a current one-page artist statement
